The predecessor of VITRANIMEX Transport and Trading Joint Stock Company was established as a state-owned enterprise, laying a solid foundation for its formation and subsequent development in the freight transportation industry.

The Company was officially transformed into and commenced operations as a Joint Stock Company, marking a significant milestone in strengthening corporate governance, expanding operational scale, and enhancing its competitiveness within the transportation and logistics market.

The Company implemented and operated a Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, standardizing operational processes and enhancing service quality.

Commitment to Sustainable Development through Green Transportation:

VITRANIMEX officially became a member of Green Freight Asia (GFA), a leading regional organization dedicated to sustainable freight transportation. This milestone underscores the Company’s commitment to reducing carbon emissions and enhancing the environmental efficiency of supply chain operations, while advancing its long-term sustainability objectives.
